Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Franciszek Kołpanowicz, sole trader operating as Episteme AI, ul. Długa 8/44, 32-065 Krzeszowice, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 5130227242.
For any questions about personal data write to [email protected] or call +48 518 148 001.
Contact form and correspondence
The form on this site works through your own email program (mailto). The site does not store or send the form data to any server: the message is created in your email program and only you send it.
I process the data in the message (name, company, email address, phone number, content) in order to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in handling correspondence and defending against possible claims).
I keep correspondence for as long as it lasts and then for up to 3 years in connection with possible claims. Email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), which acts as a processor.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4
With your consent I use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to see how many people visit the site and which parts are read. The legal basis is your consent: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
The tool sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (valid for up to 2 years). Without your consent analytics is switched off and these cookies are not created. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
UTM parameters in the links in my emails are used only to count visits from a given campaign. Analytics reads them only after you give consent.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). The server may record technical logs (IP address, time and address of the request, browser data) and use strictly necessary security files. This keeps the site running and protected, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Browser storage
Your cookie choice is remembered in the local storage of your browser (localStorage, key ea-consent). This entry is necessary for the banner to work and is not used for tracking.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, receive it in a portable form, and withdraw consent at any time.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an email address I will not be able to reply to your message.
